Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your tour up to 72 hours in advance without any penalties. Cancellations made after the 72-hour policy period will incur a percentage charge.

In the event of inclement weather (as determined by the captain), we will reach out to you via telephone or email to inform you if we need to reschedule or cancel your tour. You will have the option to receive a refund of your deposit.

NO-SHOW POLICY
For no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will need to book another tour subject to availability. Additionally, the full tour amount will be charged.

For Cruise Ship Passengers:

Should your cruise ship's itinerary change and prevent you from attending your scheduled tour, we will issue a refund. However, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to avoid penalties. Notifications received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that your tour is scheduled for at least one hour following the planned arrival time of your cruise ship.

Is my tour confirmed when I book online?

Your tour reservation is confirmed only after you have made contact with us and provided a deposit. Failure to leave a deposit may result in the loss of your reservation.

Are drinks or food served on the tour?

Food and beverages are not provided during the tour, but you are welcome to bring your own, whether they are alcoholic or non-alcoholic. If you prefer, you can send us an email with a list of desired items at least 48 hours prior to your tour, and your captain will procure them on your behalf. A receipt will be given to you for reimbursement.

Where is the pickup location?

We offer pickups from the following locations:

- Nassau Ferry Terminal (for Paradise Island guests)
- Senor Frogs-Cruise
- Goodmans Bay Beach/ Melia Beach (Bahamar Guests)

All online bookings necessitate a 20% deposit to secure and confirm the booking date. The remaining balance of the tour must be paid at the start of the tour, once all participants have boarded, which marks the commencement of the tour. Kindly note that all online reservations made using a card will incur taxes at the point of payment.
