Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your tour up to 72 hours in advance without any penalties. Cancellations made after the 72-hour policy period will incur a percentage charge.
In the event of inclement weather (as determined by the captain), we will reach out to you via telephone or email to inform you if we need to reschedule or cancel your tour. You will have the option to receive a refund of your deposit.
NO-SHOW POLICY
For no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will need to book another tour subject to availability. Additionally, the full tour amount will be charged.
For Cruise Ship Passengers:
Should your cruise ship's itinerary change and prevent you from attending your scheduled tour, we will issue a refund. However, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to avoid penalties. Notifications received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that your tour is scheduled for at least one hour following the planned arrival time of your cruise ship.
Please ensure you are able to receive calls or emails from us for updates on your tour.

All online bookings necessitate a 20% deposit to secure and confirm the booking date. The remaining balance of the tour must be paid at the start of the tour, once all participants have boarded, which marks the commencement of the tour.
